Golden Milk is Amazing!

I took that recipe for Golden Milk and used it instead of the usual creamy sauce in a homemade chicken pot pie casserole ! I added curry to add to the flavor!

So here is my latest creation!
Golden Milk

Turmeric Paste
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Turmeric
Cook over low heat 7-10 minutes
Stir constantly
Store in glass jar in Refrigerator for up to 2 weeks!

2 cups Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp to 1 Tbsp Turmeric Paste
1 tsp Chopped Ginger
4-6 Black Peppercorns

Stir in Saucepan over low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally!
Makes 2 cups!

Drink nightly to reduce inflammation and sleep better.

Tonights recipe took this basic recipe and added 1 Tblsp of Curry Powder, 3 Tblsp of Coconut Flour to thicken. This was added to 3 large Organic Carrots diced up, 4 Stalks of Celery diced, 1/2 cup of peas and 2 cups of diced chicken breast, 2 large cloves of black garlic minced. I also upped the ginger root to 1 T to add to the flavor.

I topped this with 1 roll of crescent roll dough. And I baked it for 20 minutes in the oven.

This came out amazingly delicious. A nice variety of a favorite comfort food. And the comfort level has been enhanced with the heavenly relief the Golden Milk gives.

Oh and yes, there is some 9.5 water used in this recipe, both in making the Turmeric Paste and in tonight's dish. It only enhances the flavor.  And the vegetables were all washed ahead of time with 11.5 water which totally removes the pesticides and leaves the vegetables even better than ever.

If you strain a muscle or work out hard, this Golden Milk is fantastic. It's also really good to reduce inflammation from Arthritis or Fibromyalgia.

I love that I am finding ways to finally be proactive and am knocking my health issues into submission. The water has been the biggest part of the equation. But it has helped me to be more clear headed and that lead to this latest find.

Change your water, change your life! Believe me, it has sure worked for me!

Ask me how!
