I know I didn't have a clue. For years I thought bottled was better than tap and the vitamin waters were best. Then I met my new friend Jessie. She showed me how off I was. I needed to drink more. And what I was drinking was contributing to many of my health issues. I was way overweight. My Asthma was steadily getting worse and I had Migraines 4-5 times a week. It's been 3 months now and I still haven't had a migraine. I also haven't had an asthma attack or needed my inhaler. I am moving more freely, and have more energy. And Uno is like a puppy again. His 9th Birthday is November 16th. He doesn't act it anymore.
