So I have started cooking healthier since I am now using the Kangen Water! It isn't just for drinking. The big change is washing all my produce with the 11.5 water to completely remove all pesticides from the food. This also improves the flavor and life of the produce.
For this meal I used Leeks, Yukon Gold Potatoes and Cauliflower in the soup base that I made. All washed with the water before using. I also used some of the 9.5 water in the cooking. This helps to bring out the best flavors in everything I cook. It takes less seasoning too.
Then I did the individual serving meal made from this base with added Kale, Lil' Smokies Sausages and Kiefer Goat's Milk. So yummy and very healthy.
